Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Siblingk Inc ("Siblingk," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at siblingk.com (the "Site") and our products and services for automotive repair businesses, including conversion websites, lead intake and advisor workspace, AI voice and chat assistance ("Lucy"), SMS and WhatsApp messaging, advertising management, social content, and operations tools powered by Dcitelly (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site or the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Who this Policy applies to

This Policy applies to three groups:

  • Visitors — people who browse siblingk.com or contact us through the Site (for example, via our chat widget or contact form).
  • Customers — auto repair businesses (and their authorized users) who purchase or use the Services.
  • End Customers — the customers of our Customers, whose information flows through the Services (for example, when a shop’s customer fills out a form, calls, or receives a message).

For information that belongs to a shop’s End Customers, Siblingk generally acts as a service provider / data processor on behalf of the shop, which is responsible for that data as the controller. See Section 9.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Account and contact details — name, business name, email, phone number, role, and login credentials.
  • Billing information — billing contact and payment details, which are processed by our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Communications — messages you send us through the Site chat, contact forms, email, or phone, and information you provide during onboarding or support.

Information we collect on behalf of Customers (End Customer data):

  • Lead and contact details submitted through a shop’s website or chat — name, phone number, email, vehicle information, requested service, and message content.
  • Call data — when Lucy answers or assists with phone calls, we may record and transcribe calls, and capture caller phone number, name, vehicle, and service details.
  • Messaging data — SMS and WhatsApp message content, phone numbers, delivery status, and opt-in/opt-out status.
  • Appointment, quote, and service records associated with the shop’s operations.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics (for example, Google Analytics). See Section 6.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
  • Create and manage accounts, process payments, and provide support;
  • Capture, route, and respond to leads, calls, and messages on behalf of Customers;
  • Operate AI features (Lucy), including answering, qualifying, transcribing, and drafting responses, with human review where applicable;
  • Send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications about our Services;
  • Run and measure advertising campaigns on behalf of Customers;
  • Monitor usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure security; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. AI assistance and call recording (Lucy)

Some Services use automated and AI-assisted features ("Lucy") to answer or assist with calls, chats, and messages, and to draft responses. Calls handled by Lucy may be recorded and transcribed to provide the Service, deliver leads, and improve quality.

Recording and monitoring of phone calls is regulated by federal and state law, and some states require the consent of all parties. Customers are responsible for providing any legally required notice and obtaining any required consent from their End Customers before calls are recorded, and for using the AI features in compliance with applicable law. AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or safety advice.

5. SMS, WhatsApp, and other messaging

Where the Services send SMS or WhatsApp messages (for example, reminders, win-back, or reactivation campaigns), messages are sent only to recipients for whom appropriate consent exists. Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid consent from their End Customers in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws, and for honoring opt-out requests.

Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or the localized equivalent) and can reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We do not use End Customer phone numbers collected through the Services to send our own marketing.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage through analytics providers such as Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Services under contract — for example, hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery (SendGrid), telephony and messaging providers, advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) for campaigns run on behalf of Customers, analytics providers, and our payment processor.
  • Dcitelly and affiliated operations tools that power parts of the Services.
  • The relevant Customer — End Customer data is made available to the shop on whose behalf it was collected.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of their account data, and we will delete or de-identify it within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal and operational requirements.

9. Our role regarding End Customer data

For data collected on behalf of a Customer (a shop) about its End Customers, the Customer is the controller of that data and Siblingk acts as a service provider / processor. We process such data only to provide the Services and on the Customer’s instructions. End Customers who wish to exercise privacy rights should contact the relevant shop; we will support our Customers in responding to such requests. A Data Processing Addendum is available to Customers on request.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@siblingk.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails using the link in those emails, and opt out of messaging as described in Section 5.

11. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 years or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

13. Third-party sites

The Site and Services may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

14. United States

The Services are operated in the United States and intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
